Product Operations Associate

• Support Product Launches by coordinating go-to-market activities, creating training materials, and tracking feature adoption post-launch.
• Synthesize User Feedback by collecting and organizing qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders, and surfacing patterns to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Workflows by managing sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication to keep initiatives on track.
• Comfort working with data, including experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools
• Curiosity about technology and a desire to understand how software products are built and used
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role
• Bachelors Degree
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: exposure to SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary tech, or customer-facing roles
