Recruiter

Join Vetcove as a Recruiter and play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to build an effective hiring pipeline, lead sourcing initiatives, and optimize recruiting processes. You will also champion the candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts. • Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams, partnering with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates, implementing creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance, and optimizing recruiting tools and systems.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
• Bachelors Degree
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
