Staff Product Designer

Join Vetcove, a fast-growing startup in the veterinary industry, as a Staff Product Designer. In this fully remote role, you will lead end-to-end design for core product areas, collaborate with product managers and engineers, create design flows and prototypes, facilitate design sprints and user research sessions, and help evolve and maintain the design system. • Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from early concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure we’re solving the right problems.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
• We’re looking for someone who can think in systems, prototype ideas quickly, and bring clarity to complex workflows
• You think in systems and patterns, and have strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy
• You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and stakeholders
• You’ve shipped complex B2B or SaaS products, and can speak to your process in doing so
• You move fluidly between user experience, interaction, and visual design
• You care deeply about quality and craftsmanship—but you’re also pragmatic when needed
• You have 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications
• You have a strong portfolio that shows off your product thinking and attention to detail
