About The Role
Join Tive, a leading company in supply chain visibility. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving actionable insights for our customers and internal teams. You will develop customer-facing analytics products, build and maintain internal dashboards, and present complex findings to senior leadership. This position offers the autonomy to build and the opportunity to work with a committed global team.
- Develop customer-facing analytics products that illuminate supply chain health and shipment performance, while also building and maintaining internal dashboards and data models.
- Create advanced SQL models that can be incorporated into the data transformation pipeline that feeds Tive’s customer-facing analytics products.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements in team workflows, and help the analytics team to prioritize work and groom Jira tickets.
- We are looking for someone already skilled at analyzing complex data, asking the right questions, and validating their own work, as well as being capable of contributing to peer reviews and quality analysis of work produced by other team members
- The role will require significant experience and confidence in data analytics, SQL, and statistics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Agile workflows including ceremony requirements and tools (e.g., Jira) used to manage such workflow
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics or a related field
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus
- Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
- 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
- Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in supply chain monitoring, optimization, and analysis is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations
- Familiarity with DBT is a plus
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Strong SQL skills
