About The Role

Join our rapidly growing team as a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with both technical and non-technical teammates to investigate complex business problems and propose data-informed solutions. You will partner directly with clinics and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and define reporting requirements. Additionally, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines. You will also help shape the future of reporting at Camber by identifying opportunities for new metrics and improved workflows.

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from 0 to 1
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and business modeling skills
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to distill complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience with report builder tools (e.g., Hex, Sigma, Tableau, Holistics, React.js)
  • Experience with visualization libraries (e.g. MatplotLib, Plotly, Chart.js, D3.js)
  • Familiarity with ETL and data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Spark, dbt)
  • Experience working with healthcare or health insurance data
