  • Architecting and administering core enterprise SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
  • Building robust automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to eliminate manual IT processes.
  • Driving identity and access management strategy by implementing and maintaining SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience, from engineers to executives, without losing the nuance
  • Proven ability to evaluate emerging platforms quickly and make sharp build-vs-buy recommendations that balance speed with long-term scalability
  • A genuine drive to Connect with cross-functional partners, Challenge existing processes to find smarter solutions, and Own the reliability of the systems your colleagues depend on every day
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI and LLM tools (such as WRITER, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to accelerate IT documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and operations
  • Deep technical expertise managing and scaling identity providers like Okta and complex enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, with a track record of building custom integrations and automations
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering or systems administration experience in a high-growth technology environment
