Senior Counsel

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
• Advise senior executives on legal risks, deal structures, and strategic implications of potential partnerships or acquisitions.
• Manage outside counsel effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery within established legal budgets.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to find creative solutions to complex legal bottlenecks
• Excellent communication skills allowing you to translate technical legal risk into clear business guidance
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience spent at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong understanding of UK corporate law commercial regulations and cross-border data privacy considerations
• Extensive track record of managing high-value corporate or commercial transactions independently
