Senior Product Manager (Fiat Payment)

Join Transak as a Senior Product Manager for Fiat Payments in the Americas. You will be responsible for owning and scaling the fiat payments experience across North America and LATAM, focusing on ACH/bank transfers, cards, and local alternative payment methods. You will work closely with various teams to build a resilient and compliant money movement system. Your success will be measured by improved payment success rates, time-to-funds, cost per successful transaction, and partner experience.

• Own and scale Transak’s fiat payments experience across North America and LATAM, focusing on ACH/bank transfers, cards, and local alternative payment methods (APMs).
• Define the multi-rail strategy for routing users to ACH vs card vs APM based on conversion, cost, risk, speed, and availability, and set and manage KPIs across rails.
• Lead the execution and delivery of product improvements, features, and products, driving alignment across Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in SQL/analytics; track and optimize funnel + payment failure modes
• Experience operating in Americas markets (US/Canada and/or LATAM) and navigating regulated environments
• Strong technical fluency: able to work deeply with engineers on APIs, webhooks, payment state machines, ledgers, idempotency, retries, and observability
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and Partnerships
• 8–10+ years in product management (or strong engineering-to-PM background), ideally in payments, fintech infrastructure, or money movement
• Experience owning products across bank transfers (ACH), cards, and/or local APMs, including settlement and reconciliation
• Experience with Same Day ACH, RTP/FedNow, wires, or LATAM APM ecosystems
• Familiarity with bank ops concepts (returns/NOCs timelines) and payments compliance workflows
• Exposure to Web3 on/off-ramps, stablecoin rails, or wallet ecosystems
• Experience building internal tooling/automation for exceptions, reconciliation, and partner support
