Senior Software Development Manager

Join BeyondTrust as a Senior Software Development Manager, where you will lead the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products. You will build and lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and scalable services for our SaaS offerings. This role requires a blend of people leadership, delivery ownership, and technical judgment. You should have experience leading software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products, a strong technical foundation, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and scalable services for SaaS offerings.
• Set the bar for execution and quality while developing engineers and partnering across product, design, and platform teams to solve complex identity and security challenges.
• Drive the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, ensuring the delivery of complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
