About The Role

Join BeyondTrust as the Vice President of Product Management, AI Security & Strategy. In this strategic leadership role, you will define the multi-year strategy for our AI security portfolio, build and lead a team of senior product managers, and represent BeyondTrust externally at the highest level. You will drive product development, go-to-market strategy, and shape competitive strategy across the identity security and agentic security landscape. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product management or technical strategy, with significant depth in cybersecurity and identity security.

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy for BeyondTrust’s AI security portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Act as a principal external voice for BeyondTrust, representing the company at industry events, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings.
  • 10+ years in product management, security research, or technical strategy, with significant depth in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security
  • Deep business acumen and operator experience. Candidate has run a product line, P&L, and go-to-market motion
  • 5+ years of product leadership, including building and scaling teams; experience managing other managers preferred
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication
  • You have shipped AI-native products where AI fundamentally changes the value proposition, not just products that use AI features
  • Strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and the agentic threat surface
  • Deep command of identity security: PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks and the modern AI security stack (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or similar)
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Recognized external voice — conference keynotes, published research, or established analyst relationships
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or SEC cyber disclosure requirements
