Underwriter –Europe and France market (M/W)

Join Arundo Re, a leading reinsurance company, as an Underwriter for the Europe and France market. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting business, monitoring its progress, and contributing to market and business development. You will analyze underwriting proposals, price business, and determine acceptance conditions. Additionally, you will participate in business monitoring, commercial activities, earnings forecasting, and claims monitoring. A higher education qualification in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science is required, along with a high level of written and spoken Business English.

• Analyser les propositions de souscription, établir les prix et proposer les conditions d'acceptation.
• Participer au développement des relations commerciales sur le marché pertinent et à la qualité des souscriptions.
• Produire des prévisions de résultats pour toutes les souscriptions en fonction des informations disponibles.
• A higher education qualification such as Bac +5 in Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science.
• High level of written and spoken Business English.
• ln certain areas, managerial skills are required.
• Specificity Reinsurance with State Guarantee: Good knowledge of associated legislation and ability to adapt to a constrained framework (example: systematic proposal of coverage)
• Life/Non-Life Specificity: General skills are expected in mathematics.
• The profile can be a BAC+4 with significant experience in insurance/reinsurance (techniques, products, etc.) in the underwriting of life and personal insurance products.
