About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer, where you will be a key technical leader driving the architecture and execution of complex space systems. You will lead engineering trades, ensure system reliability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge spacecraft solutions. This role requires deep expertise in systems engineering, leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact technical solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams
Effective communicator with the ability to present complex technical solutions to stakeholders
Expertise in model-based systems engineering and spacecraft system design
Extensive experience with system-level troubleshooting and risk assessment
