Graduate Customer Success - Austin, TX

Join Fospha, a high-growth, data-led business at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and technology. As part of our US Graduate Program in Customer Success, you'll gain hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and comprehensive training while making an immediate impact.

• Support and learn from the Customer team on matters specific to Fospha customers, project manage customer onboarding, and become a go-to expert in Marketing and Fospha products.
• Track customer health scores, create mitigation plans for at-risk customers, and independently prepare and deliver insight meetings to customers.
• Build and manage key customer stakeholder relationships, continually strive to provide the best customer service possible, and iterate, experiment, and share back with your team on what’s working.
