About The Role

Join our team as an Implementation Engineer, where you will be responsible for configuring CRM integrations, implementing call-recording ingestion, supporting product configuration for U.S. accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, leading the implementation process alongside customer success, and reducing onboarding time to less than 5 days. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of SaaS implementation experience.
