About The Role

Join Liberis, a leading fintech company that has provided over $3bn of funding to small businesses. As a Lead DevEx Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the developer experience and shaping the future of engineering at Liberis. You will own and evolve the service template library, build and maintain CI/CD pipeline templates, define and ship observability standards, and contribute to emerging platform initiatives. This is a high-impact role with real scope to influence how engineering works at Liberis.

Own and evolve the service template library for .NET, Node.js, and Python, ensuring they are current and opinionated.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline templates in GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps, ensuring consistency across stacks and teams.
Define and ship observability standards, integrating them into service templates so every new service is production-ready from day one.
