Marketing Science Lead - Austin, TX

Join Fospha, a leading measurement solution for online retail. As a Marketing Science Lead, you'll be the technical authority for our Enterprise tier, driving sustainable growth for clients like Huel, Dyson, and Gymshark. You'll support Customer Success and Account Management teams, design incrementality tests, and create technical collateral. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of marketing science experience, deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, and excellent communication skills.

• Acting as the technical authority for Enterprise tier clients, serving as a conduit between customers, customer teams, data science, and product teams.
• Designing first-party incrementality tests, calibrating models, and building structured learning agendas for clients as the primary Marketing Science Strategist.
• Capturing and triaging field feedback and methodological objections, feeding structured intelligence back to Product and Data Science teams.
