Join Agilisys, a leader in digital transformation for public services. As a Schools ICT Engineer, you'll provide high-quality onsite ICT support in a large secondary school in St Helens, UK. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, device deployment, and supporting school events. This role offers hands-on experience in an educational environment and exposure to a wide range of technologies.

Provide face-to-face and remote support to students, staff, and visitors, logging, managing, and resolving ICT incidents.
Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices for staff and students, installing and updating applications on user devices.
Work collaboratively with other ICT engineers to maintain a reliable, high-availability environment, supporting school events.
