About The Role

Join Oakbrook, a growing data-driven lender, as a Senior Collections and Recoveries Analyst. In this role, you will lead the optimization and execution of our debt sale program, develop and deploy collections and recoveries strategies, and work closely with various teams to align approaches and deliver the Collections change roadmap. You will have a direct impact on portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Optimisation and execution of Oakbrook's debt sale programme, including portfolio selection and segmentation.
Identifying opportunities to improve portfolio performance and customer outcomes through strategy optimisation and innovation.
Designing and deploying collections and recoveries strategies to improve cure rates within a champion/challenger framework.
