Join Accelerate People, a leading apprenticeship assessment organization, as a Senior Delivery Manager. In this hybrid role, you will lead the day-to-day performance and effectiveness of our assessment team, ensuring reliable and scalable delivery. You will work closely with various internal teams and have a direct impact on the success of our organization.

Line managing the Lead SMEs and holding them accountable for the performance, quality, and delivery of their teams.
Owning the daily and weekly assessment delivery rhythm, including capacity, scheduling, utilization, and SLA performance.
Leading the operational management of assessor onboarding, ensuring new assessors move from recruitment to readiness through a clear, structured, and time-bound pathway.
