About The Role

Join Render, a fast-growing company, as an Executive Business Partner. In this role, you will support the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People by managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and representing their voices in writing and in person. You will also draft and edit executive communications, prepare briefing materials, take notes in meetings, coordinate travel logistics, plan internal events, track deadlines, handle sensitive information, and manage ad hoc research and operational needs. This position offers a range of benefits, including a monthly commuter stipend, fully stocked kitchen, paid parental leave, PTO, medical coverage, and more.

  • Proactively manage complex calendars for multiple executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time effectively.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications to ensure clarity, correctness, and appropriate tone.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, plan and help run internal events, and track deadlines and deliverables.
  • Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time
  • We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed
  • We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team
  • AI-forward mindset: excited by AI tools, and consistently looking for ways to use them to increase velocity, output, and strategic value
  • Proven experience as an Executive Business Partner supporting senior leaders, ideally supporting multiple executives simultaneously at a fast-growing company
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you write clearly and correctly under time pressure, and can adapt tone and formality for different audiences (this is a hard requirement)
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly; you reason clearly about what matters most and execute without waiting for perfect information
  • If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential financial and people-related information
  • A strong ownership mindset: you anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks completed
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly across a wide range of personalities and seniority levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing, high-stakes demands without dropping details
  • Direct experience supporting a CEO, CFO/Head of Finance, or Head of People
  • Experience planning company offsites or events at scale
  • Familiarity with standard EA tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, expense platforms, travel booking tools)
  • Prior experience operating in both early-stage and more scaled organizations
