Alliance Partnership Manager

Join Adyen as an Alliance Partnership Manager, where you will manage and enhance our relationship with Accenture and select global system integrators. You will strategically collaborate to maximize mutual benefits, drive enterprise pipeline growth, and contribute to our overall business growth trajectory. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of how GSIs and consultancies win and deliver transformation services, as well as experience in medium to long tail partner management.

• Execute a comprehensive partner management strategy aimed at maturing the global relationship with Accenture and select GSIs, driving market expansion and revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Adyen and alliance partners, ensuring seamless communication and fostering collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with GSIs to devise joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, sales empowerment initiatives, and industry-specific solutions.
• Ability to see the bigger picture in channel management using a global and commercial mindset
• Comfortable with up to 25% travelling in EMEA & NA
• Experience managing Accenture is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a direct partnerships/alliances facing role or experience working at a GSI
• Experience building partnerships with GSIs, consultants focused on the payments/fintech/digital transformation space
• Flexible, professional, accurate and structured
• Ability to think and operate like an entrepreneur, a go-getter mentality
• This role is based out of our London or Amsterdam office
• Excellent organizational skills as we are a flat organization with a lot of autonomy
• You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
