Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager (Private Equity and Venture Capital)

• Thoughtful strategic thinker with a bias for action and a creative mind; comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ambiguity
• Expertise in payments, commerce solutions, or related technology sectors, with a strong understanding of how payments can drive growth for portfolio companies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a commercial role in the payments or fintech industry, with a deep understanding of the Financial Sponsor ecosystem
• Strong network and established relationships with private equity firms, venture capital firms, financial institutions, and/or portfolio companies
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with PE & VC firms or working within a sponsor-backed environment
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
