About The Role

Join our team as a GTM Automation Engineer, where you will build automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows to enhance our Go-To-Market operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, programming skills, and experience with integration platforms. You will work closely with commercial stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processes. Enjoy benefits such as a global exchange program, weekly happy hour, and work from home opportunities.

  • Rapidly prototype and build lightweight, custom web applications to bypass clunky native SaaS UIs and accelerate team execution.
  • Develop deep integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs using webhooks, APIs, and modern automation platforms.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain robust automated workflows that eliminate manual effort across the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward building solutions rather than settling for workarounds
  • Programming Skills: Foundational understanding of Python (and ideally basic web technologies like HTML/JS). You don't need to write complex full-stack applications from scratch, but you must be able to read code, understand logic, and effectively steer and debug agentic coding tools to build them
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
  • Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms such as n8n, Workato, Zapier or similar
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple product-building initiatives, and deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • GTM Systems: Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering role with a heavy focus on internal tooling
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • AI-Assisted Development: Proven ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to rapidly develop, debug, and deploy functional web applications
