Head of Hardware Partnerships

Join Adyen as the Head of Hardware Partnerships, where you will define and drive our global hardware strategy. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to transform how merchants interact with customers in the physical world. Your responsibilities will include setting the global hardware agenda, leading complex ecosystem commercials, bridging product and market needs, scaling global expansion, and driving partner-led innovation. This role requires a customer-obsessed mindset, clear communication skills, industry influence, strategic leadership experience, and operational rigor.

• A Strategic Leader: 5-10 years of experience leading hardware partnerships or product strategy, specifically within the payments, point-of-sale, or consumer electronics sectors
• Operationally Rigorous: You understand the complexities of hardware—from lead times and certifications to firmware lifecycles—and can navigate these challenges without losing sight of the commercial goal
