Head of Hardware Partnerships

Join Adyen as the Head of Hardware Partnerships, where you will define and drive our global hardware strategy. You will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to transform how merchants interact with customers in the physical world. Your responsibilities will include setting the global hardware agenda, leading complex ecosystem commercials, bridging product and market needs, scaling global expansion, and driving partner-led innovation. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in hardware partnerships or product strategy, a customer-obsessed mindset, clear communication skills, and operational rigor.

• Customer-Obsessed: You have a "product-first" mindset. You enjoy spending time with merchants to understand their operational challenges and translating those insights into hardware requirements
• Clear Communicator: You can distill complex technical trade-offs into simple strategic choices for executive stakeholders
• Operationally Rigorous: You understand the complexities of hardware—from lead times and certifications to firmware lifecycles—and can navigate these challenges without losing sight of the commercial goal
