Payments Partnerships Manager

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Payments Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will drive high-impact partnerships with key payment methods in EMEA, negotiate complex agreements, and deliver high-impact projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Head of Payment Partnerships for EMEA.

• Manage strategic partnerships by building and nurturing relationships with leading payment methods, defining and executing a proactive, multi-year strategy.
• Negotiate complex agreements and drive alignment with partners’ senior counterparts and internal stakeholders to ensure Adyen remains at the forefront of payments innovation.
• Coordinate high-caliber, complex projects to improve financial and operational performance, and implement key initiatives at scale.
• A strategic mindset paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions and execute operationally
• Deep knowledge of the payments landscape, with critical thinking skills to understand and interpret emerging trends
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels
• 5+ years relevant experience in payments strategic partnerships
• Proven success in negotiating multi-year agreements and partnerships
• Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
