Principal Product Manager (Identity)

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Principal Product Manager for our Identity platform. In this senior role, you will set the vision and strategy for our Identity product, drive adoption of Identity data, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have a significant impact on our business and our merchants.

• Proven experience building and scaling complex products based on petabyte scale datasets
• Demonstrated ability to operate at enterprise scale
• You have experience translating ambiguous strategic problems into structured product direction
• Demonstrated ethical judgment and integrity in high-stakes, regulated environments
• Deep customer empathy with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear value propositions
• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management
• Clear and confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences in a global context
• You are a product leader at heart, with deep experience setting vision, adjudicating prioritization, and delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional teams
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
• You bring a strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to decision-making and trade-offs
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial functions
