Project Operations Management Team Lead

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Project Operations Management Team Lead. In this role, you will guide a team of Project Operations Managers in delivering complex global rollouts for our customers. You will create an inspiring and collaborative team environment, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with other teams to grow the global POM organization. This position requires a strong background in project management, experience working with enterprise customers, and a proven track record of driving global process change.

• Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver a great customer experience and ensure efficient project execution.

• Collaborate with other teams and drive initiatives to grow the Project Operations Management organization in size, quality, and scalability.

• Must be willing to work in the office 3 days a week (this is not a remote position)
• Project Management acumen, have worked with enterprise customers within a large global company
• Must be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally where required
• A self starter, you have worked in an environment where you see a problem, you take the initiative to solve a problem
• Clear understanding of the challenges of global commerce and the various components that are required of a client to be successful across different regions
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a global team and build strong relationships
• A seasoned manager who has experience in managing a high performing, senior, team (at least 5 years with direct reports); this will include performance review, coaching, setting goals and objectives
• A proven track record of helping drive global process change, setting up tools and implementing procedures
