Project Operations Specialist

• Support the delivery of client implementations across various payment solutions, coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Manage the delivery of client implementation projects, ensuring clients are prepared to successfully roll out Adyen’s solution.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal teams and clients in a clear and timely manner, and capture client feedback to improve products.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across several workstreams
• A clear communicator who can provide status updates, document decisions, and raise risks or questions when needed
• 1- 5 years of Project Management or Payments Experience
• Experience in client facing, operational or a technical environment
• Open to travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed for client engagements
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and eager to build confidence leading conversations with guidance from more senior team members
• Able to collaborate effectively with a global team and adapt to working across time zones when required
• Curious and motivated to learn, especially in a fast-paced fintech or technology-driven environment
