Rewards Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Rewards Manager for the Americas Region. In this role, you will lead a team of compensation and benefits experts, develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, and provide strategic insights into our rewards design and structure. You will work closely with HR, Recruiting, and Business Leadership teams, and have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Proporcionar información estratégica sobre el diseño y la estructura de las recompensas, apoyar los esfuerzos de contratación global y garantizar que nuestras ofertas sean equitativas y competitivas.
• Colaborar con socios y partes interesadas en la entrega de proyectos, gestionando múltiples flujos de trabajo y prioridades en competencia.
• A player coach who develops and guides a high-performing team while successfully balancing strategic program design with hands-on execution
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics, preferred
• Technology industry compensation experience required, Financial Technology experience preferred
• Someone with experience and comfort working with large, complex data sets
• Someone with knowledge of compensation & benefits principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices - you are comfortable looking around the corner at what is next
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
• An energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
• An analytical thinker with high data literacy and ability to transform data into actionable guidance that supports the Adyen business
