Senior Account Executive (Financial Services)

Join Adyen as a Senior Account Executive, where you will drive revenue growth across the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Professional Services verticals. You will leverage your deep industry expertise to identify customer challenges and position Adyen's financial technology platform as a strategic solution. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, build executive relationships, and translate complex business challenges into strategic opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of industry-specific workflows and business models, as well as the ability to navigate long sales cycles and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and drive revenue growth across Financial Services, Healthcare, and Professional Services.
• Leverage deep industry expertise to identify customer challenges and position Adyen’s financial technology platform as a strategic solution.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Product, and Operations to align Adyen’s capabilities with customer growth objectives.
• Strong cross functional collaborator with a consultative approach to solving complex business challenges
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to dynamic market conditions while delivering results
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize high impact opportunities and drive meaningful business outcomes
• Ability to translate technical infrastructure concepts into compelling business value for executive audiences
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing complex, high value enterprise opportunities
• Expertise navigating long, multi stakeholder sales cycles with senior Product, Finance, and Treasury leaders
• Deep experience in at least one of the three Industries verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, or Professional Services
