Senior Designer

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Senior Designer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage projects with rigor, and produce high-quality brand concepts across multiple formats. You will strategically elevate Adyen's visual identity, use visual storytelling to create impactful designs, and present and advocate for creative decisions with stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage and direct freelancers and creative agencies, proactively identify and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle, and lead the end-to-end creative execution of events. • You bring broad design experience across multiple disciplines, a clear specialization, and the organizational skills to lead projects from brief to delivery without missing a beat
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-craft work with measurable impact across digital and print
• Flexibility for occasional domestic and international travel
• High proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and Framer, with a working knowledge of AI tools to enhance creative ideation and production efficiency
• 7+ years of professional design experience, whether in-house, freelance, or agency
• Experience managing and directing external agencies and freelancers
• A collaborative approach and team-first mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The drive to self-start, own projects end-to-end, and deliver against deadlines — while staying open to iteration and feedback
