About The Role

You will work closely with the reward team, finance, and commercial leadership, focusing on high-level program development, performance analysis, and strategic partnership.   • Act as the primary architect for designing and refining incentive plans that align with evolving business goals.
  • Analyze performance trends and the effectiveness of current plans to provide leadership with data-driven insights for calibration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial engine leadership and enablement teams regarding incentive strategy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in incentive strategy or compensation design
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with senior leadership
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to efficiently and effectively solve problems
