Senior Product Manager (Developer Experience)

• Drive initiatives to reduce SDLC friction, such as reducing CI flakiness and improving build insights.
• Take ownership of product lifecycle management by assessing the maturity of our toolset, executing on necessary deprecations.
• Implement data-driven feedback loops to track adoption and measure SDLC improvements against core metrics.
• You are a master of change management. You know how to influence developer habits and drive adoption in highly opinionated technical environments
• You are data-driven, capable of translating subjective developer feedback and system/usage data into clear impact metrics
• You thrive in ambiguity. You can execute quickly without waiting for perfect information and adapt quickly to new information
• You are technically credible. You can confidently spar with engineers about system architecture, CI/CD pipeline constraints, and the balance between centralized governance and team autonomy
• 10+ years of product experience ideally within Platform Engineering, Developer Experience (DevEx), or AI-enabled technical products
