Senior Recruitment Business Partner (Commercial)

Join our Global Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner (Commercial). In this role, you will drive the regional growth of our Commercial teams, collaborate with hiring teams to define hiring needs, and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our EMEA offices. You will own the entire recruitment cycle, stay current with industry trends, and work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions. • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour définir les besoins en recrutement et développer des stratégies de recrutement complètes pour nos bureaux en EMEA.
• Identifier et engager proactivement les meilleurs talents grâce à des techniques de sourcing créatives, en cultivant des connexions solides avec les candidats.
• Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, de l'identification des lacunes en matière de talents à la gestion du pipeline de candidats et à la conclusion des offres.
• Passionate about Commercial Recruitment with an understanding of the (fin)tech landscape and candidate market
• Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes
• You have a minimum of 6 years experience in Recruitment (full-cycle)
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable working with international teams while adhering to European working hours
• Proven track record of hiring for Commercial functions in EMEA; experience working with Marketing roles is a plus
