Content Operations Manager

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Content Operations Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and interactive execution, transforming complex financial concepts into world-class digital experiences. You will architect and evolve sophisticated UI kits and design systems, create high-fidelity prototypes, and integrate AI tools into the design lifecycle. You will also present high-level creative concepts to executive stakeholders, ensuring the brand remains premium and cohesive across all touchpoints.

• Architect and evolve sophisticated UI kits and design systems in Figma that empower global marketing and product teams.
• Lead the charge in integrating AI tools into the design lifecycle, from generative assets to automated layout testing and workflow optimization.
• Manage high-stakes projects from initial prompt to final hand-off, maintaining "heavyweight" standards of quality and autonomous project management.
• Tech & AI Savvy: Strong familiarity with modern creative tools, digital asset management tools and a keen interest/experience in operationalizing AI tools
• Systemic Thinker: you build the infrastructure that makes following it the path of least resistance
• Content Creation: you have multiple years of experience creating content yourself
• Matrix Navigation: Proven success developing frameworks that meet local needs while respecting creative ways of working
• You bring 7+ years of experience in Creative Operations or Content Operations, ideally within an international B2B or corporate environment
• You’re a tech enthusiast and AI champion
• You know how to influence, persuade and how to sell your solutions internally
• You’re familiar with creative processes and a have a knack for operational efficiency
• You excel in process design
• You’re data driven and use it to measure success
