Team Lead for Project Operations Management

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Team Lead for Project Operations Management. In this role, you will guide a team of Project Operations Managers, focusing on the delivery and execution of complex global rollouts for our customers. You will create an inspiring and collaborative team environment, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with other teams to grow the global POM organization. This position requires a proven track record in project management, experience in managing a high-performing team, and a clear understanding of the challenges of global commerce.

• Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to ensure successful delivery and execution of complex global rollouts for customers.
• Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams and drive initiatives to grow the Project Operations Management organization in size, quality, and scalability.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a global team and build strong relationships
• Must be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally where required
• A proven track record of helping drive global process change, setting up tools and implementing procedures
• Must be willing to work in the office 3 days a week (this is not a remote position)
• Clear understanding of the challenges of global commerce and the various components that are required of a client to be successful across different regions
• Project Management acumen, have worked with enterprise customers within a large global company
• A self starter, you have worked in an environment where you see a problem, you take the initiative to solve a problem
• A seasoned manager who has experience in managing a high performing, senior, team (at least 5 years with direct reports); this will include performance review, coaching, setting goals and objectives
