VP of Product
Clue · Berlin, Germany
About The Role
Join Clue, a leading women's health app, as the VP of Product. In this senior leadership role, you will shape product strategy and execution, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and partner closely with the executive team. Enjoy benefits such as flexible Fridays, a hybrid workplace, personal coaching, and a dog-friendly office.
- Lead product strategy and execution across the organization, translating direction into clear goals teams can deliver against.
- Set the standard for how the product organization plans, prioritizes, and operates, bringing rigor and a strong operating rhythm.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a multi-disciplinary organization spanning Product, Design, UX, and Localization, with room for the scope to expand.
- You communicate clearly and build alignment naturally, and you're at ease holding that alignment across a wide org and an engaged executive team
- You bring a strong toolkit of prioritization and operating techniques, and the judgment to know which to use when
- You lead at altitude but stay close to the work, as comfortable in real product thinking as in growing the people around you
- You're looking to grow yourself, too, and you see a path beyond this role
- You're a product leader who pairs vision with execution — someone who can set direction and then make it real by turning strategy into goals teams understand and deliver against
- Experience leading product organizations and building the operating model that turns strategy into delivery
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across product and adjacent functions such as design, UX, or localization
- Hands-on product depth — you do the work, not just oversee it
- Don’t meet every requirement? We still encourage you to apply — we’re looking for potential and passion, not perfection
- A data-informed, analytical approach to defining success, weighing tradeoffs, and sequencing work
- A well-practiced prioritization and product-operations toolkit, applied with good judgment
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills across internal teams and senior leadership
