Senior Partner Manager

Join EFG, a leading global esports and gaming company, as a Senior Partner Manager. In this role, you will oversee EFG's global portfolio of brand sponsors, collaborate with various teams, and lead the strategic direction of custom sponsorship programs. • Collaborate with brand partners, product and event teams, and sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.
• Lead the strategic direction of custom sponsorship programs across EFG properties that naturally ties in with brand goals and brand identity.
• Manage contract discussions and workstreams internally, supporting the Director on external contract negotiations.
• Experience navigating complex organizations, a clear demonstration of identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders and an understanding of internal processes
• Experience with contract renewals and internal processes that support successful outcomes
• Minimum of six to eight years of experience in a similar position or transferable experience
• Ability to understand data and provide succinct recommendations internally and externally
• Track record of success in maximizing partnership revenue and profitability across multiple products and offerings
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
• An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
• Project management experience
• Ability to lead complex workstreams and strategic programs
• A leader and self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize work within a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
