Senior Product Designer (Contract)

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for designing key product areas, including ads and brand partnerships, as well as player rewards and gamification systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences for millions of players and fans worldwide. Your responsibilities will include leading design across ads and brand partnerships, driving design for rewards systems and gamification, conducting user research, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and contributing to the design system.

• Lead design across ads and brand partnerships, owning end-to-end experiences that balance commercial objectives with a seamless user experience.
• Drive design for rewards systems and gamification, creating engaging, motivating experiences that deepen player progression, engagement and retention.
• Champion user understanding by leading research into user flows and pain points, producing, testing, and iterating on high quality designs to solve complex user needs.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience designing digital products
• Expert-level experience with Figma
• Nice to have: Passionate about or familiar with competitive gaming and esports
• Demonstrates exceptional craft and process through a strong portfolio showcasing complex, end-to-end product design work
• Proven experience working with and contributing to Design Systems
• To complete any other tasks that may reasonably fall within this roles remit
