About The Role

Join our team as an AI Product Manager for ARIA, a cutting-edge platform that combines advanced AI capabilities with deep domain expertise in reconciliation, controls, and financial data management. In this hands-on role, you will drive the execution of ARIA by turning AI-driven ideas into a structured, prioritized backlog of features. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Leadership, and customer-facing teams to ensure ARIA evolves into a scalable and repeatable product capability. Your success will be measured by the establishment and maintenance of a clear, prioritized ARIA backlog, consistent delivery of AI-driven features, and improved delivery predictability and adoption of ARIA capabilities.

  • Strong experience owning and managing a product backlog
  • Experience working in data-heavy, workflow-driven platforms
  • Ability to engage with customers, Sales, and stakeholders to gather inputs and convert them into actionable requirements
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services
  • Ability to break down AI, ML, or automation capabilities into incremental, buildable features
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams across design, development, and delivery
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clearly defined, shipped features
  • Understanding of:
  • Background in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance)
  • Reconciliation processes
  • Financial data flows
  • Ability to translate complex operational workflows into product features
  • Operational controls and risk
  • Delivery-focused and pragmatic
  • Structured and highly organised
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, particularly with Engineering team
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
  • Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or platform business
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the ability to create clarity
  • Commercially aware
