UK Marketing Manager

Join Rise Up, a leading European learning software provider, as the UK Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting customer growth in the UK and Ireland. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives tailored to the local market, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and the wider Marketing team. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth.

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, HRTech or a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong experience across campaign management, demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement and events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content for UK audiences and a deep understanding of UK&I buyer behaviours and business culture.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation and growth tools (HubSpot command highly desirable)
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• AI-native approach with a strong interest in emerging technologies and modern marketing workflows.
• Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with global and local stakeholders.
