Business Development Manager (AI Partnerships)

About The Role
Join CoreWeave, a leading cloud provider specializing in GPU-accelerated workloads. As the Director of Business Development, you will forge and lead strategic partnerships with top-tier infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners, focusing on the Data & AI ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to design and execute quarterly business plans, build scalable programs, and actively participate in the sales cycle. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in partnership building, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the AI ecosystem.
- Forge and lead strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure, cloud, and ISVs, focusing on the Data & AI ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute quarterly business plans with partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Actively participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities to drive co-sell with partners, partnering closely with the field and partner organizations.
- Experienced partnership leader: 7-10 years of experience in roles focused on building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners
- Clear and adaptable communicator: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of partner and customer organizations
- Collaborative operator: Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams, driving to shared outcomes
- Executive presence & GTM savvy: Top-notch presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- AI ecosystem fluent: Strong understanding of the companies, products, and use cases across AI/ML, cloud, and data, and how they come together in modern AI stacks
- Strategic and execution-oriented: Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building structured plans to execute against aggressive growth goals
- Deep strategic partner experience: Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA as well as at least one of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Meta, or Google Cloud
- Program and relationship manager: Strong project and relationship management skills; you’re comfortable spending a significant amount of time working with external stakeholders to launch and grow partnerships successfully
- Value proposition builder: Strong ability to develop compelling joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations
