About The Role
Join CoreWeave, a leading AI hyperscaler, as the Global Director of Deal Strategy & Execution. In this pivotal role, you will build and lead our global deal desk, ensuring every deal is structured for durable, recognizable revenue. You will operate as the connective tissue across the deal cycle, partnering closely with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and sales leadership. This is a rare opportunity to stand up a global practice from the ground up and scale it.
- Establish and scale the global deal desk practice, defining the operating model, playbooks, systems, and standards.
- Build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and deal specialists, creating a centralized deal desk and a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and sales leadership to drive cross-functional deal outcomes.
- Public-company fluency: SOX, commercial risk, and governance frameworks that balance velocity with control
- Proven success building, leading, and coaching high-performing deal desk or commercial teams, ideally including standing up a function or scaling one across multiple geographies and time zones
- Experience partnering deeply with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and CRO-level sales leadership to drive cross-functional deal outcomes
- Strong command of pricing strategy, contract structuring, and revenue recognition principles — including reserved-instance and committed-capacity models, with consumption-based or usage-based pricing a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger) and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS experience strongly preferred
- 15+ years in deal desk, sales operations, commercial strategy, or revenue operations, with experience owning complex enterprise deal structuring
- This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency
