About The Role

Join CoreWeave as a Firmware Engineer, where you'll focus on AMI SPX-based BMC firmware development for GB200 server platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain embedded firmware modules, integrate with hardware and software teams, debug and optimize firmware, conduct testing and validation, document your work, and learn from senior engineers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in embedded systems or firmware development, and proficiency in C/C++.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Understanding of hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART) and firmware build systems
3+ years of professional experience in embedded systems or firmware development
Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded development workflows
Experience scripting in Python or Bash for testing or automation
Awareness of BMC architectures, DMTF Redfish, and IPMI standards
Contributions to open-source firmware or embedded projects
Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD environments
