Senior Frontend Web Developer Manager

Join our team as a Senior Front-End Web Developer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs into reusable web components and templates. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in front-end web development, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve development speed and quality.

• Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
• Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
• Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
• 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
• Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
• Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards
• Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices
• Experience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
• Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments
• Experience working with Figma, design systems, and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiences
• Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, and Wix
