About The Role
Join CoreWeave, a leading cloud infrastructure provider, as a Security Programs Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management for critical enterprise security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure secure access to our cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems while maintaining scalability and exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience, a strong focus on IAM and enterprise security, and a proven track record in process definition and improvement.
- Lead end-to-end program management for critical enterprise security and IAM initiatives, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and privileged access.
- Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing security and identity-related risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment on identity and access priorities.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery, and strategically automate and improve day-to-day identity operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent job experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale IAM initiatives—such as identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), role-/attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), and access certification/recertification campaigns
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets) with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Proven track record in process definition, process improvement, and driving adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizations
- 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), enterprise security, or identity governance programs, ideally within the cloud services or SaaS industry
- Working knowledge of core IAM and identity governance platforms and protocols (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP) and Zero Trust architecture principles and least-privilege access models across workforce and workload identities
- Understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA), entitlement management, secrets management, and workload/machine identity in cloud-native environments
- Experience partnering with IT, security engineering, and platform teams to deliver identity infrastructure at scale
- Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines, and how identity and access controls integrate across them
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadership styles
