About The Role

Join CoreWeave as the Head of Global Benefits, where you will lead the strategy, design, and administration of our benefits programs across multiple countries. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure compliance with local regulations while remaining competitive in the talent market. This high-visibility role requires deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance, experience managing international benefits, and a proven track record in benefits program design and benchmarking.

  • Ownership of the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across countries and jurisdictions.
  • Management of vendor relationships, leading open enrollment cycles, driving global benefits benchmarking, and advising leadership on benefits strategy.
  • Collaboration with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure compliance with local regulations while remaining competitive in the talent market.
  • Applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157,
  • Or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency
  • Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Demonstrated experience managing benefits in international markets (UK, EU, APAC), including knowledge of statutory entitlements, in-country compliance requirements, and local vendor ecosystems
  • Proven track record of leading benefits program design and benchmarking in high-growth or technology environments
  • 8+ years of progressive benefits experience, with at least 4 years managing global benefits programs
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and benefits administration systems
  • Experience leading open enrollment end-to-end, including communications planning, system configuration, and employee education
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model plan costs, conduct ROI analysis, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
