About The Role

Join CoreWeave as a Senior Special Projects Manager, where you will tackle high-priority initiatives and support key executives in cross-functional workstreams. You will take ownership of critical workstreams, conduct comprehensive analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and implement solutions. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems with functional owners and advising C-level executives on high-level strategic planning
  • You are prepared to be flexible and nimble in a rapidly scaling business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without ownership
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • A strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational best practices, build scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement within an organization
  • You are able to tackle ambiguous problems and drive strategic alignment across the entire CoreWeave organization
  • You are ready for an operator role– driving from ideas through execution
