Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A Analyst

Join our Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A team as a foundational member. You'll contribute to our financial strategy, enhance our FP&A capabilities, and provide critical financial insights for executive decision-making. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, supporting strategic projects, assisting in reporting, collaborating with various teams, and tracking key performance indicators. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, or management consulting, and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent analytical skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Providing valuable analysis and support on high-impact projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategies.
• Assisting in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for executives and the Board of Directors, including planning documents.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information
• A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail
• A proven ability to analyze financial data, identify key trends, and support strategic recommendations
